150th Anniversary Celebration Team Member

This is a back-to-work training position. Do not apply if you are currently employed or a student.

This is a project-based team position. Under the supervision of the President/CEO, successful candidates will work as a team to successfully orchestrate the 150th Anniversary Celebration for the Windsor Essex Chamber, aiming to commemorate its rich history, while engaging with the community.

Tasks include:

• assist in executing several large-scale anniversary celebrations
• assist with drafting event budgets and identifying revenue sources and related expenses
• assist in publishing a commemorative issue of the Chamber’s “Business Briefs” magazine
• identify multiple businesses to be featured in a year-long member spotlight promotion

Deadline to apply is May 9, 2025. Please note this is a fixed term contract until March 27, 2026.
