Each year, recipients are celebrated for their achievements, embodying the values of the ATHENA Leadership Model, which emphasises professional excellence, community service, and actively supporting others in leadership.

On November 7, 2025, the Windsor Essex Chamber and ATHENA Committee celebrated the 2025 ATHENA Scholarship recipients at St. Clair Centre for the Arts. In addition to honoring their hard work and dedication, attendees were also treated to a keynote address from Paralympic Gold Medalist, Leadership Coach, and 2025 King Charles Coronation Recipient, Danielle Campo McLeod.
